Refund and Return Policy

At Mudra® Wall Clock, we are committed to providing high-quality products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase due to a manufacturing defect, we are happy to assist you with a refund or replacement as per the terms outlined below.

1. Manufacturing Defect Returns

If your product has a manufacturing defect, you can request a return or replacement within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return or replacement, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The product must be in its original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and promotional items that came with it.
  • The defect must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product.

2. How to Request a Return or Replacement

To request a return or replacement for a defective product, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number and photos of the defect to assist in the review process.
  3. Once approved, we will arrange for the return of the defective item at no additional cost to you.
  4. After receiving the returned product, we will either issue a full refund or send you a replacement, based on your preference.

3. Non-Refundable Conditions

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for the following:

  • Products that are damaged due to misuse, accidents, or improper care.
  • Products that have been used or washed.
  • Items purchased outside the 7-day return window.

4. Refund Process

If you choose a refund, it will be processed once we receive the returned product and verify the defect. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

5. Shipping Costs

In the case of manufacturing defects, shipping costs for returning the product will be covered by Mudra® Wall Clock.
